MEET THE OWNER

With over 15 years of hands-on experience in residential home repairs and maintenance, I’ve built my career on reliability, quality craftsmanship, and a deep understanding of what it takes to keep properties in top condition.

Over the past year, I’ve worked as a maintenance technician for many of the premier resort villa communities in the Davenport area—including Solterra, Windsor Island, ChampionsGate, and even luxury estates in Reunion Resort. I’ve had the privilege of maintaining vacation homes of all sizes, from cozy condos to multimillion-dollar mansions, ensuring they meet the high standards of both owners and their guests.

I started Vanguard with one goal: to make life easier for property managers and homeowners who are tired of chasing down unreliable vendors. My background in property maintenance and home repairs taught me that the difference is in the details --communication, professionalism, and follow-through. That's what we deliver every time.
